Executive - Sales Order Processing

Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. Distributes order sheets to respective departments. May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing new sales orders on receiving the customer purchase orders from External customers or programmers.
- Sales Orders Amendments based on the advice of the programmers.
- Sales return orders ( Singapore) based on RMA report sent by programmers.
- He / she needs to have good command on English both written/ oral since they need to interact with Singapore / Malaysia office on required basis.
Have sufficient knowledge on MS office.

- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem

Qualifications:

- Should be able to speak English as they will mainly interacting with customer/ employees from Singapore/ Malaysia & Indonesia.
- Written communication is important.
