Align Technology is looking for a Systems Analyst, Order to Ship at Hyderabad, India. This is hands-on role that requires strong functional SAP/S4 knowledge in Order to Ship. In this role, you will… The Systems Analyst Order to Ship (OTS) is responsible for successful design, implementation and execution of global and regional projects based on business needs of Align from different geographical regions across the world using SAP and IT eco system. This is a hands-on, internal/external customer-facing role that requires technical, functional & SAP application knowledge and ability to design, configure, customize and validate solutions in SAP SD and S4 HANA. The role requires the individual to have excellent working knowledge to integrate S4 HANA Order to ship processes with other SAP/non-SAP applications . Candidate should also ensure design and development of systems meet specifications and requirements of the Organization’s overall business needs. Responsibilities Perform Hands-on design, configure and customize SAP Order to ship processes. Design, configure and implement SAP solutions for Order and Logistics Management in SAP ECC and /S4 HANA (Enterprise structure, Interfaces from external systems, Order/Contract Management, Pricing, sales BOMs, IDOCs, Shipments, carrier integration, export documents, Delivery Management) Develop integrations between S4 HANA and other applications. Support data and process migration from ECC to S4 HANA As a global role, work closely with internal and external stakeholders of Align including Regulatory, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, Tax, Operations, Logistics and R&D across different geographical regions to gather and analyze global and regional requirements to meet the system and application needs of business for mission critical and strategic enterprise business functions and projects. Develop functional and technical specifications to address any system gaps with end-to-end system and data flow. Provide logical flows to development team to build custom applications in SAP to address needs of the business. Document design, configurations, customizations, solutions, data models, functional unit testing and program modifications according to internal standards. Conduct technical root cause analysis of high severity SAP production incidents and provide solutions to address the incidents. Research new technologies and functionality for making recommendations. Lead cross functional system testing, cutover and hypercare necessary as part of project deliverables. Train regional and corporate users on new Systems, Applications and Processes. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related area is required. 7 plus years of SAP application experience in the area of SAP 4 plus years of hands-on experience implementing solutions in SAP areas of Order Management in SAP (Enterprise structure, Interfaces from external systems, Contract Management, Pricing, sales BOMs, IDOCs) and Logistics (Shipments, carrier integration, export documents, Delivery Management) Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP Implementations (one or more global implementation). Atleast one end to end S4 HANA implementation involving SAP Order to Ship processes. Good understanding of SAP Enterprise structure, Master data management (Customer, Business Partner, Material, BOM’s, output conditions, pricing conditions, Order and Delivery Management) , make to order process, S4 integration with non SAP applications, Integration experience with SAP FI/MM/PP and BRIM . Desired/Nice to have: Exposure to life sciences/medical device industry is a plus. Exposure to SAP Global Trade services (GTS) is a plus. Exposure to SFDC or ecommerce portals is a plus. Exposure to Subscription Order Management ( SOM) is a plus.
