**Order Processing/Data Entry Agent**

SprintRay is looking for a Data Entry Agent to enter orders and maintain information on our company databases and ERP systems.

Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and usable information in our systems. We would prefer the Agent to work Pacific Standard time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of distribution/implant partner purchase orders and ensure they are processed within the company's SLA.
- Convert purchase orders into sales orders using the company's ERP system in accordance with company SOPs.
- Cross-reference promotions with internal documentation to ensure purchase orders align with agreed-upon pricing structures.
- Amend existing purchase orders as requested by internal or external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to distribution/implant partners regarding any delays or ongoing issues that may affect processing times.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the company's ERP system.

**A Day/week at work**:

- Process purchase orders in accordance with company SOPs
- Identify issues beyond job description standards and escalate to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain awareness of personal workload and reach out to team lead whenever necessary
- Review all active, owned tickets/requests and follow up with appropriate personnel when necessary.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis
- Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team but also able to work alone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
- 2 + years' experience in a customer support role
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
