Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks at our Hyderabad/Gachibowli office during night shifts.
  • Update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
  • Collect and enter data in databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain up-to-date and usable information.
  • Assist the team with general documentation and data entry tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with Account Managers in the US.
  • Utilize data entry processes, including manual entry and Excel uploads.
  • Compare data by running various reports on different systems.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proactive communication.
