Back Office Coordinator

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including setting up conference calls, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Manage and maintain task management tools to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Collaborate with the account and finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience as an office coordinator or similar role in a staffing company.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and task management tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordination between different departments.
- Familiarity with recruitment and sales processes in a staffing company.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
