**Key Duties of a Back Office Executive**:

- **Data Management**:

- Inputting, verifying, and updating data in company systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Preparing, organizing, and managing files and documents.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- **Reporting**:

- Generating reports related to sales, inventory, finance, or other business metrics.
- Analyzing data and submitting findings to relevant teams.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings or events.
- **Coordination with Teams**:

- Supporting front office, HR, sales, or operations teams with necessary information and tools.
- Managing communication between departments.
- **Inventory and Procurement**:

- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in procurement processes.
- Ensuring stock is available as per operational requirements.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identifying inefficiencies in back-office operations and suggesting improvements.
- Assisting in implementing new tools or workflows.
- **Compliance and Record-Keeping**:

- Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining confidential and sensitive information securely.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹10,145.76 - ₹15,399.09 per month
