Sales Strategist

**Job Summary**: As a Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for our company. You will analyze data and conduct brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for increasing sales with existing clients. Your ability to adapt to changing market conditions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and pay close attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Propose well-researched sales strategies after conducting thorough data analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
2. Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for increasing sales with existing clients and enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with broader business objectives.
4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented sales strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and gather feedback to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
6. Develop and deliver presentations to communicate sales strategies, plans, and results to internal stakeholders and clients.
7. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:
1.Background in the jewellery industry is preferred, but not a must. 2.Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
3. Moderate presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and results.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5.A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or as a jewellery merchandiser is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
