Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Sector-65, Gurgaon

Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, facilitating transactions, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance to clients throughout the process. Your primary goal will be to help clients achieve their real estate objectives while ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients and stay informed about current market trends.
3. Assist clients in determining their needs and preferences and offer advice on suitable properties.
4. Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours for potential buyers.
5. Advice clients on pricing strategies based on market analysis and property condition.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
7. Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process.
8. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
9. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, transactions, and documentation.
10. Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to clients.
11. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, attorneys, and home inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using technology and real estate software tools.
6. Knowledge of local housing markets, neighborhoods, and communities.
7. High level of professionalism and integrity.
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
9. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred (not required).
Pay: ₹12,676.00 - ₹80,214.26 per month
Schedule:
