Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent Communication Skills:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Sales Proposal Development:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and create persuasive proposals.

**Executive Assistance**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

**Client Relations**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

**Presentation Skills**:

- Develop visually appealing and impactful presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external use.
- Ensure presentations are well-organized, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

**MS Office Proficiency**:

- Utilize MS Office tools to streamline administrative processes and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Although a degree is not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree is nice to have.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Client Relations Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse High Net worth Individuals.
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
