Founding Account Executive

**What you’ll be doing**:
- You’ll be the face of Locale, owning our revenue growth and driving excitement and awareness of our product. You'll work alongside commercial and operations to research potential clients, engage with prospects and understand if the prospect is a qualified sales opportunity.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our product, pricing plans, promotions, competitors and service features, and client information in our CRM system. You will also contribute to the future growth of our product and pricing strategies.
**Requirements**:
- We'd love to hear from you if you:
- You care deeply about the ops tool we're creating and want to geek out on learning everything you can about Locale.
- You have an excellent track record right of closing deals (min 2-3 years).
- You can own the full sales cycle, inc. demos, proposals/quotes, negotiation to finally deal closure.
- Proven track record of closing deals for early-stage startups in India, SEA, and MENA.
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills: you are a charismatic people-person who can talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment. If needed, you can host small events with customers.
- You’re keen to get stuck in and take ownership to help shape the future of Growth here at Locale. You are a hustler and can create leads in an early-stage environment.
- You have a positive and competitive attitude and an incredibly structured approach to selling and navigating sales pursuits.
- This might not be a good fit if you:
- Are looking specifically for line management opportunities in the near term - our focus this year is making sure we have processes that can scale, which means you'll be hands-on with everything before we grow the team.
- Aren’t comfortable using your initiative and working in different time zones. Aren't open to assisting in creating processes and procedures concerning this business area.
