Job Title: Medical Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, medical schools, and individual healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote MEKO Healthcare's courses and training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Counsel applicants with proper course details and USPs, highlighting the features and benefits of our courses.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
- Keep abreast of competitors' products and pricing to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the healthcare industry and a genuine interest in promoting education and professional development.
