**Job description**

Qualification and experience:
1. Should be a graduate with a good command over English (written and oral)

2. Knowledge of Photoshop, Figma especially has a basic knowledge of designing and well versed with google sheets and docs.

**Job Description**:
2. Responsibilities for assisting the Director in his day-to-day work.

3. Punctuality, follow up and coordination skills.

5. Meetings in the office as well as setting up meetings on zoom, teams, google meet, etc. and being familiar with how to operate the same.

6. Recording of. minutes of meetings (MOM) and keeping the Director updated.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for information as per instructions given and report to the Director effectively and efficiently

8. Attending calls on behalf of the Director as per instructions.

9. Look up for collection of reports for management.

10. Keeping record of documents for important meetings.

11. Working with various departments & making protocols as per the instructions of the Director.

12. Keeping up with tasks and completion

13. Keeping track of invoices, client contracts etc

14. Completing other responsibility, as may be allocated by the Director from time to time.

Gopalpur, Chinar Park, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: fresher or experienced
