**Job Description: Personal Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
c) Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send timely reminders to ensure efficient management of the CEO's schedule.

d) Provide administrative support to the CEO, including organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting with travel arrangements.

e) Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.

f) Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

g) Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- B.Com or +2 certificate, with relevant work experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated research skills and the ability to synthesize information effectively.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
