**About Us**:Webingo is a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our CEO in managing their daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and representing the company professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintaining CEO's Schedule**: Effectively manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
**Meeting Minutes (MOM)**: Attend meetings with the CEO, take accurate minutes, and assist in summarizing key decisions and action items.
**Record Maintenance**: Maintain meticulous records of client information, financial data, and other important documents.
**Client Follow-up**: Engage with clients to address queries, provide information, and follow up on payments, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
**Client Meeting Representation**: Represent the CEO in client meetings when the CEO is unavailable, maintaining a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the company's services.
**City Travel**: Accompany the CEO for meetings and appointments within the city, ensuring smooth logistics and support.
**Communication and Upselling**: Maintain excellent communication skills and identify upselling opportunities to maximize client relationships and revenue.
**Additional Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
**Presentation and Quotation Creation**: Prepare compelling presentations and quotations for services offered by the company, ensuring they align with the CEO's vision and objectives.
**Task Prioritization**: Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
**Project Coordination**: Collaborate with other team members and departments on various projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the CEO and the company effectively.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
