About The Department

Join a team of 10 motivated colleagues in FLSmidth Service Operations. You will join our service proposal and execution team, where you and your colleagues function as our customers’ daily business partner to ensure the best possible service deliverables i.e. sending our specialists out on site.

About The Role

You make the customers happy.

Your overall task is to coordinate the proposal work and order execution. To ensure our customers’ satisfaction, you will be in daily contact with the customers, and our Service Engineers just as you liaise with Area Sales Managers and our other Service Units globally.

Your Responsibilities- Translate customer requirements into proposals, Order acknowledgements and invoices.- Handle service cases within the organization i.e. travel agencies, embassies, external specialists, Danish Industry, etc.- Build good relations to customers and colleagues externally as well as internally.- Have a commercial mindset and be service oriented.

You Have- Commercial mindset and a structured work approach- You have a General Office Skills education, Office Clerk specializing in administration/finance or similar, as a minimum you speak and write English to perfection. It’s only a plus if you speak and write French, and/or Spanish. Could also be Russian or Arabic.- You possess excellent MS Office competencies and especially Microsoft Excel.- You are used to have customer contact in a similar job function.- As such, you are used to foresee and solve potential problems.- You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time and often under time pressure.- Colleagues know you as a person with a positive attitude, who is able to deliver in time although the pace is high.- Moreover, you have a cross-cultural understanding and can communicate with people of different nationalities and professional backgrounds.
