**Job description**

**General Administration**:

- Managing administrative activities and coordinating with internal & external departments for seamless business operations.

**Vendor Management**:

- Negotiate and collaborate with vendors for providing Housekeeping and Security services.
- Ensure effective supervision of Security staffs.
- Review of service providers periodically to maintain the service standards
- Processing of invoices pertaining to Facilities and Administration
- Finalizing Water /Food / Tea / Coffee Contractors with the coordination of other stake holders.
- Coordination with Vendor for Record Storage and Retrieval

**Infrastructure and Facility Management**:

- Supervise facilities management and ensure overall office maintenance including electrical, electronics, furniture, fixtures and plumbing etc
- Planning and supervising all security protocol, material management, emergency systems etc
- Inspect structure of building and determine if repairs are needed.
- Periodic Pest Control

**Asset / Equipment Management**:

- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary office supplies / stationaries
- Plan, co-ordinate and supervise preventive maintenance check for key utilities viz. D.G. Sets, AC Units, UPS & other utilities.
- Ensure that all admin related asset is properly tagged and updated in the asset record
- Maintains records and databases containing information regarding warranties and service agreements for the assets procured for Business needs.

**Liaison and Coordination**:

- Making travel arrangements such as booking tickets, cars and making hotel reservations.
- Maintains records, prepares reports & MIS and handle correspondence related to the work.
- Should have good interpersonal and administration skills
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written)

**EDUCATION**: Any Degree
