**General Overview**:
- CSR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CSR team for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the CSR operations in India.
**_Education_**
- Bachelor’s Degree. A qualification in Social Service, CSR or a related field is preferred.
**_Knowledge and Skills_**
- Exposure in handling CSR projects
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Fluency in English and an additional Indian language. Ability to actively interact and clearly communicate with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and administrative skills. Commitment to accuracy and eye for details. Team oriented and ability to work independently.
- Maintain proper documentation records and files of CSR projects.
- Computer literate (MS Office suite and other applicable programs).
**Specific Duties**:
- Maintain complete CSR database for all CSR grants (new and old) with complete information including grant reporting and grant payments. Update the database on a daily basis and help create relevant reports quickly.
- Maintaining CSR donor database to identify opportunities for repeat contributions.
- Preparing data base of the additional contributions to be received from the Clubs as Annual Fund contribution and updating master sheet for each project for follow up with respective clubs. Sharing details in excel sheet with Finance for final uploading in the appropriate designations and subsequent follow up. Sharing of reports extracted from Oracle for each CSR project.
- Work closely with CSR team in completing the signing, filing, and creating scanned copies and statutory agreements or any other documentation to create master data base of all MOUs and other supporting documents.
- Work in tandem with the Financial Services (FS) team at SAO for the follow up on all contributions and grant payments.
- Assist in reviewing grant documentation for compliance and necessary action for all CSR global grants to ensure the closure of grants.
- Verifying, updating Donor database, merge of donor IDs, verification of donor credits, redistribution of contributions etc. for all CSR grants
- Collate all the information for individual recognition and coordinate Certificate of appreciation with Recognition team SAO.
- Follow through with the clubs/district to expedite the pending documents/information.
- Other duties as assigned.
**_Prior Experience_**
- At least 1 year experience in Corporate Social Responsibility team of a reputed NGO or corporate.

- External contacts include, but not limited to, corporate donors, Rotary club and district leadership and perhaps other organizational and governmental officials and the general public as needed.
