**Job Description: For EA to Sr. VP _ Corporate Relations.**
- Preparation for Critical Project Review meetings with MD office. Coordinate with IRA and get updates.
- Taking part in regular discussions (internal and IRA) and preparatory calls for Project Management meetings.
- Developing and maintaining stock of current and pipeline assignments of following functions
- Arrange monthly and quarterly reviews of team members.
- Follow up and Take monthly report from each team member and compile a master report of CR function on monthly basis.
- Keep track of calendar of SR- VP and arrange meetings.
- Organise appointments with external stake holders and prepared note and arrange documents for the meeting.
- Scrutiny of Expense statement of team members and attangement of payment to them
- Approval of tour and tickets in the concur portal.
- CSR Projects proposal review and discussion wherever needed.
- Sun Pharma Community Health care Society related approvals.
- FDEC: Preparation of Annual Budget, Review of operations, expenses.
- Budget preparation for the CR function
- Monthly Actual vs. Budget Analysis
- Coordination with different functions in** **Sun Pharma** **on different assignments**:
- **MD Office, HR function, Finance Function, Secretarial Function, Others.
- Organizing Monthly / Quarterly review meeting with different functions - CR, IRA, CSR, NDPS in a view to track progress of assignments and understand operational challenges, and strategy to resolve the same.
- Representations to different authorities / Department / Ministries: Assisting Khan Sir in framing representations on various issues of Sun Pharma wherein regulator/ Authority’s intervention is required**.**
- Policy Advocacy - Assisting Khan Sir in framing document for policy advocacy on** **various matters and business issues
- Providing relevant data /information as** **and when required to Associations (IPA, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM)
- Diwali Gifts budget consolidation - Pan India - Corporate offices, Plants, R&D Centres. Coordination with respective location SPOC and Commercial team (Sun House) for smooth execution
- Preparing consolidated monthly report for the entire function
- Administration:
- One HR platform - Review of KRA, goals, recruitment, others related of entire function. Presenting to Khan Sir for review and approval
- SAP - Review of Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO). Presenting to Khan Sir for review and approval
- CAPEX platform - Review of CAPEX, and presenting for approval.
- Calendar/appointment management
- Concur - Review /approval of expenses of team members/ travel plan
**Pharma and Drugs Policy Analysis**
- Remain update on current policies on Pharmaceuticals regulatory, pricing
- Chronological preparation of development of policies, and their subsequent updates.
- Update to management for possible impact on business due to change in policies.
- Appropriate and timely response to preliminary/Showcause /Demand Notice of NPPA pertaining to product price compliance. To coordinate with DPCO team at Mumbai and get replies.
