Accounts and Administration Officer

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized **Finance & Administration Executive** to join our growing team. This role requires a versatile individual with strong financial acumen and administrative skills. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including financial reporting, vendor management, payroll processing, and general office administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Update and maintain daily expenses, purchases, and sales records in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of suspense accounts with the accounting team.
- Manage petty cash and track cash payments.
- Verify vendor ledgers and prepare payment invoices.
- Prepare Payment Receipts and maintain client payment records.
- Track contractor payments project-wise.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for data and information sharing.
- Handle bank-related queries
- **Payroll and HR**:
- Process salary sheets for office staff, site teams, and external workers.
- Update Employee Leave Calendar (EL CL) sheets.
- Prepare new job offers, appointment letters, and employment agreements.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee, contractor, and vendor documentation.
- Issue experience letters and manage holiday lists.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
