**Key Account Management - Creating Active and Contributing Clients**:
- Look to build a relationship that keeps us “In-sight in mind” for our key account.
- Gather intelligence that helps you pitch solutions and offers accordingly.
- Increase your reach by gathering more contacts and updating them in the CRM accordingly.
- Stay well connected and respond to client inquiries from time to time.
- Create new opportunities and follow them up closely to get a successful course registration.
- Maintain Client Specific Folders and Databases presently used in our institute.
- Contact other KAM profiles to understand their future training needs and supply them with information accordingly.
- Maintain and Update CRM and share lead analysis reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintaining and updating the Previous Work Experience Tracker and updating all news training events in the Training Inventory.
- Greet and Celebrate with clients on their special days such as Birthdays & Wedding Anniversaries.
- To all clients and prospects, send greetings on Eid, New Year, and the like on behalf of ZTS.
**Training Proposal, Quote, and Invoice Management**:
- To prepare Proposals, Quotes, and Invoices for every training inquiry managed.
- To maintain registers for Invoices, quotes, and other financial instruments used by the training institute.
- To follow up with clients on invoices that are overdue.
Pay: ₹10,166.01 - ₹49,141.15 per month
