Client Acquisition Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the construction industry through networking, research, and direct outreach.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Civil Engineering preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in client acquisition or sales, ideally in the construction sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and market analysis techniques.
