Telecaller Responsibilities:
Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

Noting important details of each conversation.

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

Build and maintain effective relationships with key potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure

1. New Accounts Hunting & Account Management - getting relevant B2B customers on board,

nurturing them & converting them to consistent key accounts

2. Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.

3. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

To handle large B2B accounts in direct selling by New Accounts Development.

4. Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfilment rate for all orders by coordinating with operations team.

Designing & Strategizing team structure with proper process flow diagrams.

Taking initiative in bringing fresh talent in the organization. Grooming & guidance to team.

Institutional Sales

1.Identifying Key Corporates / Institutional other SME large companies across industries,

2.Engage and establish NEED and project Innovative products by conceptualizing ideas to buyer / their

Institutional requirements.

3.Generating business from New Accounts developing them to achieve profitability

4.New client acquisition and work on leads

5.To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according

to their specifications

6.Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients

7.Fulfilment of Sales Budget via New Sales acquisition

8.Give business presentations to senior management team, Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
