Job Title: Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads with the aim of converting them into customers.
2. Clearly articulate product/service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads, interactions, and progress in a designated data sheet.
4. Identify and qualify potential customers based on established criteria.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
6. Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
7. Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead status, and other relevant metrics.
8. Continuously update knowledge of products/services and industry trends to engage leads effectively.
9. Handle objections and address customer concerns to enhance lead conversion rates.
10. Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
7. Knowledge of the company's products/services and the ability to convey their value proposition convincingly.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.

**Additional Notes**:
This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can effectively engage with potential customers over the phone. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records are crucial for success in this position.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- Vadodara, Gujarat (required)
