This role involves frequent travel to meet potential clients, understand their needs, demonstrate products or services, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and prioritize potential customers or clients within the assigned territory.

Conduct cold calls, visits, and networking to generate new leads.

Utilize various methods such as referrals, events, and online platforms to expand the customer base.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Present company products or services to potential clients effectively.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

Address client inquiries and objections to ensure a thorough understanding of offerings.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes and maximize efficiency.

Pipeline Management and Reporting:
Manage sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, progress against targets, and market insights.

Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge.

Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Seek feedback and actively implement improvements to achieve personal and professional growth.
