Position: Field Sales Representative
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Assistant Vice President (AVP), Partnerships and Operations
Company Overview: We are a leading healthcare company dedicated to enhancing the accessibility and delivery of quality healthcare services. We are expanding our operations and seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the launch and growth of our services in Mumbai.
Job Summary: The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with chemist shops in Mumbai. The primary goal is to promote our healthcare services, drive sales, and ensure the successful implementation of our operations in the city.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

- **Identify and Engage**:Identify potential chemist shop partners within the designated territory. Engage with shop owners/managers to promote our healthcare services. **Partnership Development**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with chemist shops. Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual benefits.
**Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving product/service adoption among chemist shops.
**Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the AVP.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our healthcare products and services. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions to potential partners.
**Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and product awareness in the market.
**Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service and support to partners. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
**Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partnership agreements, and market feedback. Prepare and submit regular reports to the AVP.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements: - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Willingness to travel within the city as required.
