As a Sales Executive at [Architecture Design & Construction Company], you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. **Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and proposals.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales growth.
- **Business Development**:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including architects and project managers, to ensure smooth project handover.
- Provide support during project implementation to address client needs and concerns.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress using CRM software.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
**Salary**: ₹12,288.15 - ₹28,634.87 per month
