Administration Assistant

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Co-ordinate and make arrangement for Travel Booking for any staff/management
- Track stocks of office supplies, grocery and housekeeping items and place orders when necessary
- Monitoring & Audit of housekeeping checklist, Safety Checklist and other checklist religiously and as per the real work done by the housekeeping staff.
- Vehicle usage register to be sent on mail to Plant Head and HR Manager on daily basis with trip details.
- Daily work report to be shared to Plant Head and HR Manager on daily basis before ending your day.
- Overall plant infrastructure management, regular safety audits and ensure all the fire extinguishers are up to date and working at both UNIT 1 & UNIT 2
- Manage guest relations
- Regular verification of challan of incoming and outgoing material transfer of both units and send mail to concerned department wherever mismatches are found.
- Work on how to reduce cost by effective management of Stationery, Housekeeping & other consumable items.
- Update Reporting Manager when going on duty for any company related work.
- Monitor all the insurance renewals and inform the department head before 15-20 days of renewal date.
- Assisting in HR activities (Entries in legal registers, maintenance of attendance files, check attendance regarding late coming and checking if all the machines are online)
- Any other work as directed by the management
