Receptionist Admin Executive

Managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
