IT Business Development Representative

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Business Development Representative to join our team. As an IT Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for our IT products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competition to effectively articulate the value proposition of our IT products and services.

3. Engage in consultative selling by understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions to address their specific business challenges.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish credibility and trust.

5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our offerings.

6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry to effectively position our products and services in the market.

8. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities using CRM tools or other designated systems.

9. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network connections and promote our brand.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the IT industry.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities are essential.

4. A self-starter with a proactive approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

6. Strong business acumen and understanding of IT products and services.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

9. Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
