We are looking for a business development executive/sales executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or services, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on client's feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Sells services by establishing contacts and developing relationship with prospects, recommending solution.
- Prepares reports by analysing and collecting the information.
- Good understanding of Bidding portal and can generate business through the portals by bidding.

**Requirements and qualifications**
- Experience in international IT services sales.
- Having more than 2 Years of Experience in Marketing & Sales of IT Services.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
