**Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India** is a combined Line of Business-aligned (LOB-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions. **CCB - U.S Wealth Management - User Tool Champion**

The US Wealth Management **User Tool Champion** will be responsible for User Tool governance including but not limited to: 1) assignment of Business Champions, Owners and Backup Owners, 2) on-time completion of UT training, 3) identification and correction of registration and classification gaps, 4) SMART approval tool rollout, and 5) ensuring all User Tools are within firm-wide standards and governance to ensure all deadlines are met as required.

The US Wealth Management **User Tool Champion** will assist with registration and risk classification of User Tools in UWAT. Work with User Tool Owners to ensure tools are within Firm wide standards and deadlines. Coordinate Annual attestation of tools and their use. Review tools for Intelligent Automation opportunities.

The US Wealth Management **User Tool Champion** will drive consistent User Tool management across USWM. This includes partnering with CCB UT Governance (Control team), User Tool Leads, and UT Owners to ensure adherence to firm-wide standards (User Tool Policy, Procedures and Risk Guidelines). Produce and present in meetings/forums/committees relevant CCB UT Program reporting, updates, projects, remediation efforts, and call outs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Controls or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment or wealth management related roles.
- Knowledge of wealth management industry, sales practices, and regulatory environment
- Experience with process engineering, operational risk analysis, and procedure development
- Experience leading business, operational, and/or organizational change projects from strategy through execution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong process analysis and engineering skills
- Strong interviewing, consulting, and relationship building skills
- Ability to effectively resolve complex issues or risks
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to respond quickly to change with ease
- Operate consistently with a sense of accountability
- Mastery of MS Office products and the use of SharePoint as a repository
- Highly self-motivated in learning new expertise and technologies to continuously improve effectiveness
- Works independently
