**Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India **is a combined Line of Business-aligned (LOB-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions. **The current opening is within the Strategic Solutions - Invoice Centre of Excellence team in Bangalore which forms part of the Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) LOB within GF&BM India.**

Our Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We're proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions - all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.

**About the Team**

Invoice Central Management Team serves as a center of excellence operational group within GF&BM for all CCB functions ensuring vendor-based invoices are run through business validation and submission to the corporate account payables team in accordance with GSS/CCB guidelines, accounting & tax standards. The team is also responsible tracking and monitoring the invoices end to end until the payment is released to the supplier. The team supports the business by providing the required reports and resolving the queries in a timely manner. The team collaborates with sourcing, third party oversight, procurement operations, supplier management and payment operations groups to ensure compliant with the firm's Global Supplier Policy.

**About the Role**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Self-drive and assist the Project Lead on various projects deliverables and new initiatives
- Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries same day & resolve issues in timely manner, monitor and prepare reports to improve customer experience
- Participate and contribute effectively towards all the required governance, projects, and compliance
- Provide support to suppliers with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing process
- Identify root-cause of issues, recommend solutions for solving complex business challenges
- Support periodic audits and control actions
- Actively seek opportunities to simplify/improve processes, technology and services; communicate improvement strategies to the business and lead implementation efforts
- Partner with business and support groups to identify and drive supplier early payment discounts
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices and resolving inconsistencies as needed
- Perform project coordination, quality checking or other responsibilities, as needed
- Oversee Spend and Invoicing process to make sure it is managed in accordance with the defined guidelines and expectations

**Qualifications**

**Skills / Competencies/ Education Qualifications**:

- Masters/Bachelors (Accounting knowledge is a must)
- 7+ years of experience in account payables, invoice processing, accruals and reconciliation preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to research issues/problems and provide a 'solution-based' approach
- Proven experience in implementing effective change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PitchPro) or related software, SAP, Ariba, Concur
