here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join us.

**what will you do?**:

- manage the inbound merchant onboarding funnel end to end to ensure the best in class onboarding experience for the merchants
- build required guardrails and capabilities to ensure only best quality products curated for top 1% of India are onboarded on CRED Store
- crack aspirational brand partnerships, look for new opportunities and brands which might not be a part of the existing plan
- understand the category strategy in detail and build & execute merchant acquisition plan in line with the category strategy to ensure category business objectives are met
- build relationships and manage partnerships with new brands to crack exclusive offerings for CRED members specifically when the merchant is in incubation stage
- have atleast 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, sales, or business development across industries
- possess strong networking skills coupled with unique reach-out strategies
- have strong communication, client relations, and written skills
- hold knowledge of retail, e-commerce, and FMCG
- are highly curious and excel in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- have a good understanding of e-commerce along with a strong grasp of at least one category
- are eager to gain in-depth knowledge across multiple categories
- thrive in a high ownership and independence environment
- hate taking no for an answer but also know when it’s worth moving on
