We are looking to expand our Marine Engineering capability in all skill areas and are keen to hear from Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Software Engineers, whatever your experience level.
**Work Experience
**Senior Roles
- Work collaboratively with Engineering discipline leads to obtain engineering assistance required, define activities and jointly establish Statements of Work.
- Work collaboratively with the client leadership and project stakeholders to ensure goals of engagement are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed and workstream plans implemented
- Workload Management - Workload Planning & scheduling, Resource Management
- Generation of engineering estimates as part of work packaging
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance
- Define and conduct governance meetings.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction.

All Roles
- Work transparently with various engineering discipline leads / teams to provide clear and concise reports and information regarding progress and management of Risk and Opportunities in relation to the Engineering activities.
- Bring learnings & operational best practices from other engagements.
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
- Develop detailed requirement specifications
- Support projects as they evolve through the project engineering lifecycles
- Assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertake risk management in specialist roles
- Communicate and liaise effectively with a wide set of project stakeholders
- Support governance meetings.
- Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems
- Be adaptable, as project requirements evolve, and ensure relevant parties are notified of changes in the project
- Compile and peer review project and technical reports.

**Domain Knowledge**
- Good understanding of Project life cycle from concept, commissioning to operations and maintenance.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of various engineering disciplines and interfaces.

Desireable:

- Requirements Engineering (Developing Use Case through to Certification)
- Experience in design and construction phases especially in dock environment will be an added advantage.

**Desired Skills**:

- Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
- Ability to handle discussions / communications independently.
- Works in a Collaborative environment.
