**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure logging of all the calls in the ITSM tool.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers, clients, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication flow.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate to the respective department or individual.
- Work in rotating shifts, including day, evenings, night and weekends.

**Education**

BCA/B.Sc (CS)/MCA/M.Sc
