Customer Relationship Executive

**Job Overview**:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CRE will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the furniture industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., logistics, delivery) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s furniture products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹9,689.33 - ₹32,558.14 per month
