**Responsibilities**
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Meet sponsorship sales goals by securing strategic partnerships.
- Expand and maintain an up-to-date database of potential exhibitors and industry contacts.
- Ensure seamless on-site execution of exhibitor-related activities, addressing any last-minute issues effectively.
- Deliver actionable insights from market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
- Provide detailed sales performance reports, including lead status, closed deals, and revenue projections.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are must.
- Team player, quick leaner and new environment adaptability.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,206.95 - ₹42,530.81 per month
