**About the Role**

As a Customer Care Executive, you will provide exceptional customer service, support, and information to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will be an advocate for the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Purpose and promote our values of Relationships, Commitment, Life, Originality, and Internationalism. This role is based in Bangalore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboard new dealers and partners, and review available information.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
- Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses to customers and their representatives.
- Follow correct escalation procedures to Line Management and/or Customer Relations.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Prepare operational reports as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.
- Possess good business acumen, effective interpersonal skills, and excellent written/spoken communication skills (speaking Hindi is desirable).
- Have sound knowledge of the company's portfolio of products and services to understand customers' needs.

**About You**:

- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
