In the context of a surplus food app (Good To Grab), Administrative Assistants & Receptionists are pivotal in supporting the effective functioning of the app's operations, managing administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer support and doing survey's across Hyderabad. This role combines business management, administrative responsibilities, and customer service in the unique context of reducing food waste through surplus food App.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Address incoming inquiries through the app's messaging system and guide users to appropriate resources.
- Assist users with navigating the app's features, placing orders, and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate communication between users and restaurants to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records
- Respond promptly and empathetically to app users' queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Assist recipients in selecting available surplus food items, placing orders, and resolving any related issues.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to relay user feedback, technical glitches, and suggested improvements.
- Collaborate with partner organizations, ensuring clear communication regarding surplus food availability and distribution logistics.
- Input and manage accurate data related to surplus food listings, and recipient details.
- Generate regular reports for the app's management to monitor surplus food transactions and user engagement.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including coordinating food pickups, responding to user inquiries, and maintaining records.
- Foster positive relationships with app users to encourage ongoing engagement and participation.
- Gather user testimonials and success stories to showcase the app's impact on reducing food waste
- Travel to different restaurants as assigned to conduct surveys.
- Introduce yourself and the purpose of the survey to restaurant staff and management. Ensure accurate and consistent data collection following the survey guidelines.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
