**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Creation & Development**: Design and curate an authentic Mughlai menu that highlights traditional flavors while incorporating innovative culinary techniques.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and cooking of Mughlai dishes are executed with precision and consistency.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation to exceed customer expectations.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring effective collaboration and efficiency in the kitchen.
- **Inventory & Cost Management**: Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies while reducing waste.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Enforce and maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols as per industry regulations and company policies.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Plan and manage the kitchen’s staffing needs, schedules, and daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- **Culinary Innovation**: Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques in Mughlai cuisine and incorporate new ideas to enhance the menu.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, specializing in Mughlai cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Mughlai recipes, cooking techniques, and flavors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen environment.
- Expertise in menu costing, food quality control, and inventory management.
- Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are a plus.
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Mughlai cuisine.
