Hiring for **Culinary Chef / Executive Chef for Leading Hospitality Industry.**

**Location : Delhi Airport**

**1) Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures for the kitchen staff, including training and supervising new hires**

**2) Reviewing menus and recipes to ensure they meet standards of quality and consistency**

**3) Developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s brand and increase customer traffic**

**4) Monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies to ensure that supply lines are not disrupted**

**5) Creating a budget for operations and monitoring expenses to ensure that costs are within budget guidelines**

**6) Determining staffing needs based on sales forecasts, employee turnover rates, and other factors**

**7) Reviewing customer complaints and making adjustments as needed to improve customer satisfaction**

**8) Ensuring that all food safety regulations are met and that kitchen staff are trained in proper food handling techniques**

**9) Hiring, training, and supervising chefs, cooks, food preparation staff, and other kitchen workers**

**11) Actively involved in menu planning for new menu and new outlets**

**12) Training culinary team with guidelines and SOP**

**13) Handling stores & vendors**

**14) Responsible for outlet food cost & manpower cost**

**Experience - 10 to 20 Yrs**
