**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Min 1 - 2 years of calling experience in a customer centric role in a U.S based process.
- Excellent phone personality and have prior training on telephone etiquette.
- Be able to speak and document in grammatically correct English
- Has experience worked with multiple business software during/before/after every call
- Willing to work night shifts and weekends and extend work hours when deadlines need to be met
- Has completed a degree from a recognised university
- Has the necessary hardware (laptop or a desktop) to work effectively from home when required.
- Can travel to work (by own transport) if required.
