Executive - Patient Relations

**Responsibilities**:
1. Patient greeting
2. Patient registration
3. Appointment management
4. Queue / waiting time management
5. Telephone handling (calling & receiving)
6. Coordination - Patient, Doctor, Marketing team, Nurses, inter branches & departments.
7. Follow-up - No shows, foreign patients, scans, google review etc
8. Data entry & patient record management
9. Feedback collection, feedback analysis
10. Patient engagement - offer refreshments, send wishes on special occasions etc. 11. ARTis updation
12. Patient service quality
**Skills Required**:
1. Excellent written, verbal communication skills & presentation.
2. Computer skill with experience of using MS office (word, excel, ppt, outlook etc). 3. Persuasive, relationship oriented and punctual
4. Multi-tasking & analytical.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹100.00 - ₹200.00 per day
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
