**Key Responsibilities**: Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging classroom and lab-based training sessions on A+, N+, Linux, MCSA, and Office 365. Use interactive teaching techniques to simplify complex networking and hardware concepts.

**Course Development**: Develop course materials, handouts, lab exercises, and presentations. Update curriculum to meet current industry standards and certification requirements.

**Practical Implementation**: Provide students with hands-on experience by simulating real-world networking environments and troubleshooting scenarios. Guide students in configuring and managing systems such as Windows Servers, Linux environments, and Office 365 platforms.

**Student Assessment**: Conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to measure student progress. Provide feedback and additional support to students struggling with course content.

**Mentorship and Career Guidance**: Offer mentorship to students by guiding them on certifications, career paths, and job interviews. Help prepare students for interviews in the hardware and networking field.

**Lab and System Maintenance**: Set up and maintain lab infrastructure, including servers, networking devices (switches, routers), and workstations. Ensure systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly for training purposes. Industry Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the hardware, networking, and cloud computing domains. Integrate new tools, practices, and certifications into the training programs.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other trainers and staff to improve the overall learning experience. Participate in meetings and workshops for continuous professional development.

**Qualifications: Certifications**:A+, N+, Linux, MCSA, Office 365 certifications are mandatory. Experience: 2-5 years of practical experience in the hardware and networking field.

**Skills**: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in network setup and management (LAN/WAN, routers, switches). Expertise in Linux OS, Windows Server management, and cloud platforms (Office 365). Good communication and teaching skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in conducting online training or webinars. Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V. Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
