UX/UI Designer Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX/UI Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, ensuring students gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in UX and UI design principles, tools, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive training sessions on UX/UI design fundamentals, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
- Teach tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Provide guidance on usability testing, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and project-based learning modules.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions for learners.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
