**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other user research deliverables.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Translate designs into clean, well-structured HTML, CSS, and React components.
- Implement designs using Bootstrap 4, Chakra UI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
- Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with proven front-end development skills.
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects and front-end implementation.
- Proficiency in Figma and at least one other design tool (Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React experience is a must).
- Experience with Bootstrap 4, Chakra UI, and/or Tailwind CSS.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
