About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective resolution to technical issues via phone, email, or in-person support;
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems;
  • Configuring and deploying new equipment and software;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Mac, and mobile device operating systems;
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
