**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collection of Purchase orders from RM’s & Branch heads and proper filing with concerned documents.
- Consult with RM’s & SM’s on order filing in SF and coordinate with the Salesforce administrator for SF-related information.
- SF CDS updating in the absence of Regions Back Office supports. Be prepared to take charge of full CDS implementation on Pan India basis.
- Order execution in consultation with Commercial, Product Planning & Logistics. Special focus on FOC commitments entry in SF.
- Clarity on the right Scope of supply and implementation without fail in SF and execution too.
- Once the invoice gets made, co-ordination with Logistics for vehicle arrangements & loading facility at Works & Quality for final clearance of equipment.
- FOC commitments are to be taken care of at the time of the initial dispatch of the equipment itself.
- FOC Kits preparation for 500,1000 & 2000 hrs maintenance.
- Advance plan to be provided to the product team on FOC Kits against market potential in consultation with BHU.
- Mutual Co-ordination between customer, logistics & quality & dispatch team for completion of order execution circle.
- Track pending -parts, and tools during the dispatch of equipment & arrange in short due course time of same without fail.
- FOC supply statement preparation and submit planning department for arranging pending items on a war foot basis.
- Clear monthly sales statement submission to counterparts for updating with finance.
- Entire billing details along with the customer's full contact detail to be provided to HO, Service for deputing service professional for commissioning.
- Coordination with the entire service team for better smooth operation and obtain customer delight.
- Day-to-day interaction with RM’s & HQ staff for the betterment of services and collect there too.
- Special focus on short-supply items and move politely with the commercial team to close in time.
- Disturb HE RM’s against the billing plan & update same to BHU.
- Monitoring of Filter Kits at HQ stores & Branches.
- New Product part number updating in the system. SF right price updating wrt purchase order conditions.
- Collection of dispatch documents from particular logistic team & record with Commercial Team.
- Monitoring on the readiness of stock machines and providing information to the sales team on demand.
- Monitoring and following up with the concerned team to make ready catabolized machines.
- Maintaining Data bank with latest Transport plan, DPL for each model, and circulating them on demand.
- Last but least: Maintain co-cordial relations with intra-teams and adhere to the company policies strictly.

**Required Skills**:
Excellent organizational skills, Ability to work as part of a team, and Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
