Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and insights to help achieve their objectives.
- Project Coordination and Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams (such as account management, creative, and digital marketing teams) to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with clients' objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communication and Reporting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, performance metrics, and campaign results.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for optimization.
- Account Growth and Upselling:

- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services or solutions to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Share insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition and achieve their business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success roles within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and success.
