Aboutthejob:

Asa Client Services Representative you will report directly to theInvestments and Relationship Management Lead. You will assist inthe direct relationship management of the business clients usingthe WealthKernel APIs. You will manage their day to day queriesattend regular meetings with them and understand their needs.Working with existing team members you will coordinate ongoingbusiness client queries internally through the servicedesk


JobResponsibilities:

  • Attendregular meetings with business clients to understand their businessgrowth needs and provide ongoingsupport
  • Work closely with thesales team to assist with the onboarding pipeline of newrelationships and understanding the needs of thesebusinesses
  • Write minutes andmanage action points resulting frommeetings
  • Contribute to themanagement of the ticketing system and coordinate with otherdepartments to respond to clientspromptly
  • You will becomeknowledgeable on WealthKernel s API documentation and be able toexplain how business clients can use ourAs
  • Review and maintaininternal and external processes for the Client Relationshipdepartment
  • Work closely with theInvestments and Relationship Management Lead to identify businessclient trends and feedback keyinformation
  • Learn and apply basicFinancial Services knowledge to yourrole.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experienceof working in a customerfacingrole
  • Strong people skillsand the ability to build relationships internally andexternally.
  • Proficient withMicrosoft Office or similarproducts
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills
  • Ability to interactwith different stakeholders and understand their differingpositions andperspectives.
  • A high level ofselfmotivation andinitiative
  • Works well in ateam
  • Has flexibilityaround the needs of the widercompany
  • Financial servicesknowledge would be helpful but this is notmandatory
